It’s for you if: ● You are pregnant with one baby or more at any stage of pregnancy (from 6 weeks gestation up to 3rd trimester*) ● You have gained a lot of weight prior to this pregnancy ● You want to avoid gaining excessive weight during the pregnancy ● You have a health condition that impacts your weight, your health and your baby’s health It will help you to gain a healthy weight during your pregnancy and: ● Create sustainable eating habits that help you enjoy your pregnancy and beyond ● Gain clarity about what your body needs and what you can or can't eat during your pregnancy ● Avoid losing weight due to nausea, sickness or digestive issues ● Avoid pregnancy risks and complications ● Minimise the risk of miscarriage ● Improve a medical condition which impacts your weight and pregnancy including diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), bowel disorders (IBD) and thyroid conditions ● Return quickly to a pre-pregnancy weight without piling more weight back on This online programme will offer you a tailored approach to manage your weight during your pregnancy and help you minimise the risk or manage pregnancy related conditions (anaemia, pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes). Here’s what it includes: ● Unlimited support and accountability, including answers to all your pregnancy, nutrition, and weight-related questions ● One nutrition assessment session. You’ll also get a detailed analysis report of your pregnancy nutritional and dietary requirements. ● A personalised road map with specific action steps to enable you to reach your pregnancy goals (for example, keep a healthy weight, manage your appetite, balance your meals, establish healthy eating habits, reduce risk of diabetes, and so on) ● 6 consultations (60 minutes each) that address your needs ● Practical nutrition solutions to manage cravings, severe nausea or sickness and constipation ● A personalised meal plan adapted at each stage of pregnancy that meets your food preferences and lifestyle, so you know exactly what to eat and when to eat throughout your pregnancy ● A personalised supplement plan that supports your pregnancy nutritional needs The programme starts with the first session, which lasts for 1hr 20 minutes. *If you are on your 3rd trimester and want support from now until 6-week postpartum, then book a discovery call to discuss your needs.
