Hey, I'm Katie

I've been a UK registered dietitian for over 20 years, working across the NHS, private practice, academia and research.

With a PhD in obesity and endocrinology, I have an advanced understanding of how nutrition impacts body weight, blood sugar and hormone balance particularly in insulin resistance, PCOS and thyroid health.

I'm a certified fertility and prenatal dietitian who specialises in weight management. With my expertise  you can trust me to guide you with nutrition during your TTC and pregnancy journey.

I've taught nutrition and dietetics at University of Chester and I'm a published author, with my work presented at national and international conferences, including the European Congress of Obesity and Diabetes UK .

Using behavioural, motivational, and nutritional strategies, we'll focus on the nutrients and habits that will help you :

I'll also liaise with other health professionals to give you the best chance for a healthy pregnancy.

 

For a minimum of 3 months, I'll guide you in establishing a lasting routine that transforms your life and builds your dream family.
